Stephen Pritchard
Director
Stephen Pritchard is a Chartered Surveyor with a commercial background and over 30 years’ experience in development and regeneration. He has helped shape some of the UK’s foremost regeneration projects. He specialises in feasibility studies and business planning, infrastructure planning, funding and financial modelling, public private partnerships, governance, management and economic appraisal for land and property projects.
Stephen started his career with major surveying practices, moving onto become a Director of a major London-based property company. He was Development Director of English Partnerships’ highly acclaimed Chatham Maritime scheme in North Kent. He founded BBP Regeneration with Rob Bennett in 1994. In February 2019, BBP became part of SQW. Stephen’s background allows him to bring a particular perspective around project delivery and making things happen ‘on the ground’.
Stephen has helped clients deliver transformational changes to places including Dover town centre, Ashford, Medway, Shoreham Harbour, Ebbsfleet City, new garden villages in Rutland and Aylesham, and major infrastructure programmes in north Kent and Gosport/Fareham in Hampshire.
