SQW appointed to the Homes England Strategic Research, Economics and Evaluation Framework 2024-28
SQW are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the Homes England Strategic Research, Economics and Evaluation Framework 2024-28. Through this framework, we will provide support to Homes England in the form of strategic economic analysis, economic appraisal, business case and evaluation. SQW are supported by a range of partners who all provide specialist knowledge across housing, regeneration, planning, the environment and social value, including IFF Research, Iceni Projects, Temple Group, Turley, Royal HaskoningDHV UK, eftec, Colin Warnock Associates, Thermly and Residential Analysts.
Our appointment to the framework builds upon many of our recent commissions for Homes England, including the development of new appraisal guidance to better understand the social value of delivering housing, better understanding the environmental impacts of new housing development, and the evaluation of Homes England’s recent interventions (including the evaluation of the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme).
We look forward to assisting Homes England in their mission by driving evidence-based improvements in England’s neighbourhoods and helping local communities grow.
