The Health Foundation and NHS England and NHS Improvement have worked with the Innovation Unit to design a joint programme of work to develop a UK-wide learning network of NHS organisations and their partners interested in anchor approaches in health, known as the Health Anchors Learning Network (HALN). SQW has been commissioned to undertake a formative evaluation of the HALN.

The Data to Early Diagnosis and Precision Medicine (D2EDPM) Challenge was announced as part of the Life Sciences Sector Deal in late 2017. UKRI is providing a significant investment of £210m through the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund over five years from 2017/18 to 2022/23. An SQW led consortium has been commissioned to evaluate the D2EDPM Challenge.
SQW commissioned to undertake a follow-on interim evaluation of the Innovation Loans pilot programme

Delivered by Innovate UK, the Innovation Loans programme is a government funded repayable finance product. In 2019, SQW completed an interim evaluation of the pilot programme focusing on early outcomes. SQW, supported by IFF Research and Middlesex University, have now been commissioned to undertake a follow-on interim evaluation.

The £90m Transforming Food Production (TFP) Challenge programme led by UKRI aims to improve the productivity and resilience of primary food production systems and, at the same time, set the sector on a trajectory to net zero emissions by 2040. SQW has been commissioned by UKRI to evaluate the TFP programme.
