Supporting the North East England Chamber of Commerce to develop a new commercial strategy

SQW was commissioned by North East England Chamber of Commerce to provide external support to facilitate the development of a new commercial strategy. This involved reviewing the potential for membership growth, opportunities for income generation, and the staff and organisational development required to follow through and deliver on these opportunities.
SQW's role was to facilitate an iterative process through which the new strategy was developed. We analysed internal and broader economic data, then led on drafting and testing emerging content, working collaboratively throughout with the Chamber Chief Executive, senior managers and Board.
